A Canadian beverage manufacturer had outgrown their current implementation of Infor’s ERP LX. With several new business problems to address and a heavily customized initial implementation, support for the current system was becoming onerous; more time was spent maintaining the current system than providing new solutions for the business.

As project manager, led corporate project team to redefine business processes and map out revised implementation solution to leverage new functionality in the latest implementation of ERP LX. Challenged team to eliminate existing customisations and leverage core functionality of software, enabling easier future implementation of ERP software updates and patches. Project was delivered within scope and budget.

By getting to the latest platform successfully, the company was able to move forward on strategic corporate initiatives with further integration of other corporate systems into the ERP system, as the latest implementation enabled easier integration capabilities.
